Cyber Security Tip — Look For The Padlock

Always check to make sure that a web page is secure before you enter any personal information, like a user name or password. You know that a page is secure if the address in the location bar starts with “https” and if the padlock icon appears in the lower corner of your browser window. If a page does not meet these requirements, it’s possible for someone to intercept your data and use it for nefarious purposes.
