Open Forums Scheduled For Dean Of College Of Arts & Sciences Candidates

Open forums are scheduled for the four finalists in the search for the next Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences. The open forums are scheduled for:

Tuesday, October 20: Dr. Richard Finkelstein
2 – 2:45 p.m.; Grupp Fireside Lounge

Thursday, October 22: Dr. Mary Beadle
2 – 2:45 p.m.; Grupp Fireside Lounge

Monday, November 2: Dr. David Ewing
2 – 2:45 p.m.; Regis North

Thursday, November 5: Dr. Patricia Sullivan
4 – 5 p.m.; Regis South

The schedule allows opportunities for many members of the campus community to have a voice in the process. All faculty and staff are welcome; faculty from the College of Arts & Sciences are strongly encouraged to attend.

Application material will be available at the open forums and will also be available to the faculty through their department chair.

The Canisius College Mini Zoo will be open for visitors starting on November 8. It will be an exciting “Amazon Expedition” that will feature many exotic animals in exciting exhibits.

Cyber Security Tip – Don’t Give Out Your Password

ITS will never, under any circumstances, ask for your password by phone or E-mail. If you get a message that asks you to respond with your password, ignore and delete it; it’s a trick by a criminal trying to get access to your account.
