Hunger tells the story of the Great Irish Famine (1845-1850) through the voices of those who experienced it. With songs and poems, speeches and oral memories, the piece immerses the audience in the unspeakable landscape of this historic catastrophe. Hunger is devised and directed by Eamon Grennan, and performed by Tegolin Knowland and Seán Coyne.
