Carlos Carballada 56, HON ‘81, former mayor of Rochester, NY, will give a lecture entitled “Politics, Business and Latino Issues in Western New York” on Thursday (October 13) at 4 p.m. in the Grupp Fireside Lounge. The lecture is free and open to the public.
Carballada will address several issues including core values of ethics, social justice, and equality in the context of politics. He will also speak on the value of a Canisius education for those interested in business, community service and politics.
