Hispanic Music Youth Project

A performance of music and dance from Spanish speaking countries, from students from the Herman Badillo Bilingual Academy and Enterprise Charter School, takes place on Saturday, May 5 at 7 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center. This event is free and open to the public, and donations are accepted.

JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge

The 2012 JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge is scheduled for Thursday, June 7. All faculty and staff, whether they are experienced racers, joggers or walkers are invited to join the Canisius College Corporate Challenge Team.

The Course:
The 3.5 mile course begins and ends at Delaware Park. Starting time is 6:45 p.m. New for 2012: chip timing!

Canisius College Hospitality Tent:
The Canisius College hospitality tent opens at 5 p.m. and Chartwells will provide refreshments before and after the race.

Entry fee:
• Canisius employee – $20
• Non-employee guest – $35
• Hospitality tent only – $7
• Entry fee includes race registration, refreshments, JP Morgan Corporate Challenge shirt & virtual goody bag.
• A custom Canisius College Corporate Challenge Team technical shirt will be given to the first 30 people to register.
• Registration ends May 23. Sorry, no refunds allowed.

  • To register, go to “My Canisius” “Need to know” and select “2012 JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge Registration”.
  • Select the link for the JP Morgan Chase CC Home Page [Buffalo] click on “Company Home Pages” and select “Canisius College”.
  • Then click on “REGISTER FOR THIS COMPANY”.
  • Complete the online registration form; fields in bold are required.
  • Please include the 716 area code for your business phone.
  • Select your shirt size.
  • Agree to Terms and Conditions.
  • Continue to “Payment Options” and select “Pay later”; “My payment is covered by the company captain.”
  • Check your information and click “Complete Registration”.
  • Make check payable to Canisius College. Send payment to Gary Lew, Facilities Management Office, Bagen Room 07.
