Alumni Chapter Hosts Evening At St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy

The Buffalo Niagara Alumni Chapter invites Canisius faculty and staff to join alumni, students, family and friends at St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy on Thursday, September 15.  Mass will be held at 4:30 p.m. followed by a complimentary dinner and tour.  Come and see firsthand the impact the college’s support has on those less fortunate in our community, and hear more about the wonderful work St. Luke’s does every day.

During a 2010 alumni donation drive to benefit St. Luke’s, Vincent Carriere, co-owner of Sonoma Grille, generously donated a dinner for St. Luke’s to use at their discretion.  St. Luke’s co-founders Norm Paolini ’69, HON ’09 and Amy Betros HON ’09 decided to use this opportunity to hold a special evening for the Canisius College community to raise awareness about their facilities and mission.

St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy is located at 325 Walden Avenue in Buffalo.  To register, please call the Alumni Office at Ext. 2700 or click here and RSVP by September 9.  Space is limited.
