Our friends in ITS User Services remind us to try out the passcode or waiting room options in Zoom web meetings, because one or the other will soon be necessary when using Zoom!
Beginning September 27, 2020, all Zoom users will be required to set up their meetings to have a passcode or waiting room enabled. Zoom has designed these security measures to give users control over their meeting security options while keeping the experience as frictionless as possible. Please be sure your Zoom software is up to date and review these changes from Zoom below:
