Special access allows you to give a one-time extension to a specific student on certain Quizzes or Dropboxes. This is useful if, for example, a student had a personal event and missed a deadline for a Dropbox. Or if they had a game and missed a Quiz. Instead of creating a brand new Dropbox or Quiz or re-opening it for the entire class, you can give that student Special Access to the activity.
