Wrapping Up at RISE

As my time at RISE comes to an end, I am very happy with my experience. I have been involved with everything, creating social media content, blog posts, filming and editing video, and creating the next “No Boundaries Issue”. The team did a great job of welcoming me into the company. I made connections in Buffalo that will help with my job search after Canisius as well. I wanted this experience to educate me on multi-media journalism and the business aspect of things. I succeeded in this objective; I learned more about marketing a paper and creating video than I ever expected. It was a great experience and would highly recommend it to a future student!
