Networking Event

I attended a networking event that was a “speed dating” type of event. We had three minutes with each professional, and were able to ask them any questions we had and also have them ask us questions. We were also able to get business cards and reach out to the professionals, whether it was a question we had or possible internship opportunity. It was really helpful and eye opening. I personally was able to connect with a Canisius Alum, Taylor, who has a job doing exactly what I am doing at my current internship. It was an awesome experience and I look forward to attending many more networking events in the future.
