The past three months at EduKids have been very educational and valuable. I have learned more than I ever expected to by working in the human resource office. From checking references, to researching and presenting my opinion on a new HRMS for their office, I have gained a lot of valuable experience that I will carry with me forever.
EduKids has helped me to gain confidence in myself and my ability to learn new things and adapt to new situations. I am very thankful for my time as an intern at EduKids and look forward to using my skills in the future. Although the semester has taught me more than I could have hoped about human resources, I am sure I have much more to learn.
I imagined ending my experience and keeping my newly gained knowledge as a memory and learning experience. However, I am beyond excited to say that I will be continuing my work in the human resource office part time throughout the summer! I am so happy to be able to learn more about my future career in a place that I am already familiar with!
