Canisius Names New Grants & Endowment Accountant

Canisius Vice President for Business and Finance Marco F. Benedetti has appointed Alex M. Brown, CPA, the new grants and endowment fund accountant.

Brown is a graduate of the Canisius Class of 2009, and will manage the college’s endowment and restricted fund accounting. She will work with the college’s Advancement Division on multiple external and internal reporting requirements. Additionally, Brown will be involved in reviewing contract proposals for private and governmental grants, and managing their accounting, reporting and compliance.
