A free screening of Miss Representation, the 2011 award-winning documentary that explores how women are underrepresented in positions of power and influence in the media, is coming to Canisius tonight at 7:00 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center.
With interviews with Katie Couric, Rosario Dawson, Margaret Chan and more, Miss Representation takes a provocative and inspiring look at what it means to be a woman and leader in America today. A panel discussion following the screening is a great opportunity to network with local leaders.
