Life On A Unicycle

Mary Anne Cappellino, wellness director for the Buffalo Athletic Club will present “Life On A Unicycle” on Wednesday, March 20 in Regis South. Two session times are available, noon to 1:00 p.m. and 1:15 – 2:15 p.m.

Cappellino will teach you how to make small but important adjustments that will help create balance. You can take charge of your life, make better use of time, clarify what matters most, adjust expectations and reprogram your mind! Learn how positive thinking leads to greatness! You will become what you believe, so open the door to new attitudes and outcomes!

Cappellino is a fitness trainer, author and artist. Her book “Move Me” is a collection of stories to reveal the benefits of physical activity. She is also a spokesperson for “Be Active New York State,” a statewide campaign to promote active living.
