Kathleen Mount is a 1985 graduate with two children currently attending Canisius. Erin is a junior, a resident assistant and headed to Poland this summer for a service immersion trip. Jordan is a freshman. The Mounts won Sabres tickets through Kathleen’s entry in the Shoot and Score contest:

“My Canisius experience was all about family. Living in the dorms, I had a wonderful familial experience that taught me many new things about life, love and understanding others. Currently, two of my five children are students at Canisius. They too are learning so many new things. Erin has been caring for her extended family as an RA for 2 1/2 years. She will continue with her mission trip to Poland this summer caring for orphans. Jordan is a freshman just beginning his journey and growth. My family continues to be positively impacted by Canisius College.”

Kathleen, now a resident of Amherst, Ohio, won two tickets to a Sabres game. Your next Sabres game could be on us too. You can enter and win by submitting an example or story that best reflects the Canisius experience. It could be a short story about a student, professor, class, project or activity on or off campus. It could involve you or someone else. We want to hear about service projects, internships, clubs and people that go the extra mile and deserve recognition. Submissions can be made through www.canisius.edu/studentsurge.

Students, faculty and staff can also purchase tickets at the discounted price of $25 each. Tickets are available for most home games and available in the Office of Campus Programming and Leadership Development in the Student Center.
