Campus Candids

St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy called Canisius with an S.O.S. for volunteers on Friday, December 15, and the men’s basketball team responded.

Players and coaches helped move more than 600 boxes filled with Christmas gifts for underserved children and families. Project coordinator (and Canisius alumna) Nancy Polino told the Griffs that their efforts will help ensure that nearly 2,000 local children have a joyous Christmas holiday.

The Dome Goes on Holiday

With the university shutdown fast approaching, this is a reminder that The Dome will go on a brief hiatus for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Wednesday, December 20 will be the last issue of The Dome published in 2023 (so plan now if you want something to appear before year’s end).

The Dome will return to its regular publication schedule on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

As always, please be sure to have submissions in by 2:00 p.m. the day prior.
