The Richard J. Wehle School of Business signed an articulation agreement with Canisius High School which allows students to take university-level business courses and apply earned credits to their degree requirements at Canisius, several of which fulfill specific requirements for business majors and minors.

“We are extremely pleased to announce this articulation agreement that further formalizes our longstanding affiliation with Canisius High School, a fellow Jesuit school,” said Sara R. Morris, PhD, vice president for academic affairs. “This collaboration is important for students as it supports their educational and career goals, provides a seamless path to join Canisius University, and can create opportunities for students to get ahead toward their degree.”

To be eligible to take courses and earn credit with Canisius University, students must be juniors or seniors who are academically prepared for college-level course work. Students complete a short application and pay a registration fee for each course.

Students who earn college credit through this articulation and who apply for and are admitted to Canisius University as an undergraduate student may apply those credits to their degree requirements at the university. Alternatively, students may request a transcript be sent to any college or university they choose to attend for evaluation by that institution.

The Wehle School earned high marks on the U.S. News & World Report 2024 rankings for “Best Undergraduate Business Programs.” Among the more than 500 business programs in the country, the university’s Finance and Accounting programs received numerous accolades.
