Yesterday’s #CanisiusGivingDay broke all records.
Nearly 1,900 Griffs stepped forward with their support of Canisius resulting in an increase of 806 donors and $113,000 and still counting.
The $335,000 that was raised unlocked several challenges, including $24,000 from the Board of Trustees and $20,000 to support women’s rowing. Contributors to the Contemporary Writer’s Series, Women’s Rowing, and alumni from the Classes of 1977 and 2014 put these programs and classes atop their respective leaderboards.
Our #CanisiusGivingDay momentum must continue for us to successfully unlock the $100,000 Challenge Grant put forth by the 50-year Reunion Class of 1967. We need only 111 donors to surpass our goal. It’s never too late to make your gift.
