Now more than ever, creating graphics, interactive or innovative presentations, and even video is easy to do and no longer requires hours of learning to use expensive applications.
On Wednesday, October 19 at 3:00 p.m., COLI is running a new workshop focused on innovative ways to create beautiful and compelling web pages and graphics. Microsoft Sway and Adobe Spark are two easy tools useful for creating attractive and interactive social graphics, web pages, animations and more. These are useful for various things: for example, as an assignment, students can create scrollable presentations or posters. Faculty and staff can create attractive promotional material or professional infographics.
After the workshop is the monthly WordPress Meetup. All faculty and staff are encouraged to come and share insights on using WordPress for teaching, research, and web publication. If you’re new to WordPress, this is a great opportunity to learn from those using it now!
