In a story that aired yesterday morning on WBFO 88.7 FM, reporter Marian Hetherly previewed the Black-Jew Dialogues performance at Canisius. The program, which combines fast-paced sketches, improvisations, multi-media, puppets, a game show and a post-show discussion, is intended to promote open and honest conversations about diversity.

Celebration of Life for Ann Wright, PhD

The Biology Department invites all who knew Ann Wright, PhD, professor of biology, to attend an informal “Celebration of Life” reception on Thursday, October 20 at 6:00 p.m. in Science Hall Commons. Share your memories of Ann with friends, colleagues and Ann’s family.

Cross Country Home On Saturday

The men’s and women’s cross country teams host their final meet of the year this weekend on cgriffSaturday, October 15. Delaware Park will be invaded by 25 schools for the Canisius Alumni Invitational. There will be 13 squads racing in the women’s event at noon and a dozen teams competing on the men’s side at 12:45 p.m.
