“Move It Mondays” Begin Today (January 23)

The office of Campus Programming & Leadership Development (CPLD) is proud to present “Move It Mondays: The day that all health breaks loose!” Beginning today (January 23) and each Monday while classes are in session, students, faculty, and staff are invited to join CPLD for a one mile walk beginning at the Hughes entrance of Old Main at Noon.  We will walk inside in the winter months and move outside when the weather permits.

Also each Monday at 8:30 p.m., join CPLD at the Koessler Athletic Center for a free ZUMBA class taught by certified Zumba instructor and CPLD graduate assistant Shawn Lamb.  Zumba is sponsored by CPLD and the Residence Hall Association (RHA).
