Canisius senior Joe Wilkie went down under to break the Guinness world record for longest under water walk. The physical education/health major walked 73.6 meters under water to sink the existing record of 50 meters.

The Employee Incident Form, (located on the HR home page under “Other Forms”) has been updated and is now available online. This form is used to report injuries or accidents that occur during the course of Canisius College work assignments. An injured employee and their supervisor must complete the form and then forward it to the Human Resources Office within 24 hours of any incident. All accidents or injuries must be reported to a supervisor immediately to make sure appropriate medical treatment is received by the injured employee and any potential hazard is eliminated. Safety questions or concerns should be discussed with Dave Teloh at Ext. 2233 or telohd@canisius.edu.

The Online Course Development Workshop was created to guide instructors and staff through the online course creation process. It is highly encouraged that instructors attend if they intend to teach online. There is an upcoming Fall session recommended for those looking to teach online in the Fall and Spring.
