Canisius College was recently named one of the best colleges in the nation to work for by The Chronicle of Higher Education. The results are based on a survey of nearly 44,000 employees at 310 colleges and universities. In all, only 111 of the 310 institutions achieved ‘Great College to Work For’ recognition for specific best practices and policies.
Canisius College scored high marks in the categories of job satisfaction and work-life balance. This is the fourth consecutive year that Canisius College was recognized by The Chronicle of Higher Education’s ‘Great College to Work For’ annual report.

This weekend (August 6), the college will be switching over to a newer, fresher look for Self Service Banner. Please be assured that all of familiar menu items and functionality remain. Sungard has implemented this newer version as a way to give Self Service Banner a more modern look and feel.

The Second Annual Golden Griffin Kickball Tournament will take place Friday (August 5) at the Demske Sports Complex beginning at Noon.
There will be a pot luck lunch with Demske Dogs available to all participants. Those interested in participating on one of the five teams should contact a team captain who works closest with the offices listed below to join a roster:
