ArtsCanisius will host a Meet-the-Faculty lecture/recital at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 26 in the Montante Cultural Center featuring Stuart Fuchs, guitarist and adjunct professor of music. The lecture is entitled “Following Your Heart, Doing What You Love: Road Stories from a Non-Weary Music Traveler.”
Stuart Fuchs will share stories and inspiration from a seven-month sabbatical journey across the U.S. and Costa Rica. During his travels, he toured and performed mantra-based kirtan music at yoga and holistic centers, facilitated music improvisation workshops and much more. Fuchs will play musical selections on ukulele, guitar and other instruments.
