Join the Canisius Zoological Society for a simulated trip around the globe to view extraordinary wildlife from the arctic tundra to the Australian coral reef.
We depart from Canisius at 8:00 am and will return by 7:00 pm.

You can either follow along on a guided tour of the zoo by Dr Michael Noonan, (Chair, Canisius ABEC), or explore the zoo on your own.

Men’s Soccer Clashes With Niagara

In one of the most anticipated men’s soccer games at the Demske Sports Complex in recent years, your Golden Griffins play host to Niagara Saturday night at 7 pm. The Griffs and Eagles both enter the fray ranked among the top schools in the Northeast with Niagara’s undefeated record one of the best in the country. It’s Athletes for Athletes Night, so spectators can expect a festive evening and a packed house as the two teams battle for a pair of Canal Cup points.

Basketball Season Tickets On Sale

Season Tickets for men’s and women’s basketball are on sale in the Golden Griffin ticket office. Normally $150 per season ticket, a faculty-staff season pass is reduced to only $100.00.

For that price, a member of the faculty-staff receives a reserved seat for all home men’s and women’s games at the KAC. That includes three prime doubleheaders, plus all of the remaining conference and non-conference contests. Key teams on the home schedule this year include Bona, U/B and Niagara for the men and U/B, Niagara and Vermont on the women’s side.
