Lifelong learners from the Buffalo community engage in conversations about the evolution of the British monarchy with Julie Gibert, PhD, History Department (pictured far left). The Thursday, October 25 lesson discussed Henry II and the Angevin Empire.

This six-week course, which began Thursday, October 11, is part of the Lifelong Learners Center courses provided by the Institute for Classical and Medieval Studies (ICMS). Previous courses included discussions about the Seven Wonders of the World and the Persian Wars. Visit ICMS’s website for more information about the program and to see what spring 2019 has to offer.
