We’re starting to see signs of the Canisius Proud initiative take shape across campus. Last Friday, October 12, maintenance teams began hanging banners and placing stanchions around campus, each of which highlight various faculty and alumni accomplishments, as well as the college’s most significant rankings and distinctions.

During his convocation speech earlier this month, President Hurley announced the Canisius Proud initiative and explained its purpose to celebrate the extraordinary education the college provides students.As you begin to see these points of pride across campus, celebrate and share them with those outside of the college community. Take this opportunity to sing the praises of the extraordinary education Canisius has provided students for nearly 150 years.
