ITS will offer two workshops in February that are designed help acquaint Canisius faculty and staff with the new Outlook Web Application (OWA) for Exchange 2010. All workshops are one hour in length and will be held in the ITS Conference Room on the first floor of the Wehle Technology Center.
OWA for Exchange 2010 significantly enhances usability for both Mac and PC users on all of the main browsers including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari. This workshop will be offered Tuesday, February 15 at 11 a.m. and Thursday, February 24 at 9 a.m.

The second workshop is another advanced workshop entitled “Inbox Magic: Taming Your Inbox.” This workshop will demonstrate easy ways to empty a stuffed inbox, archive important mail, get rid of spam, and unsubscribe from unwanted e-mail. This workshop will be offered Tuesday, February 2 at 1 p.m. and Thursday, February 10 at 9 a.m.
