If any faculty or staff have a dependent that will apply for tuition exchange to attend another college or university starting Fall 2011, please Email Sean Hudson in the Office of Financial Aid with the following information by November 1, 2010:
- Dependent’s full name
- Last four digits of dependant’s social security number
- Dependent’s home phone number
- Dependent’s permanent address
- Employee name
- Number of years of full-time employment at Canisius
- Grade level of student at the beginning of the Fall 2011 semester (Freshman, Sophomore, etc)
- Full names of the schools to have certifications sent to.
