All faculty and staff are invited to attend the Academic Computing Advisory Committee (ACAC) meeting today (April 14) at 2 p.m. in Wehle 305.  In addition to announcements and discussion of ITS and library issues, the April meeting will feature a demonstration by Joe Rizzo of Microsoft Outlook’s shareable calendar feature including a handy way to schedule meetings.

ACAC is composed of a representative from each academic department along with administrators from Information Technology Services and the Library.  Its purpose is to provide a forum to discuss campus technology issues and investigate new technology initiatives.  The committee’s monthly meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month.

The last ACAC meeting of the semester will be held on May 5 at 2 p.m. in the Library Conference Room.  Nicolas Lorgnier will give a demonstration of Second Life.
