Employee of Distinction

Nominate a co-worker for a job well done for the month of April by completing the Employee of Distinction nomination form here. Please have all submissions completed no later than the end of the day on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

The Employee of Distinction program provides an excellent opportunity to show appreciation and support for co-workers and to reward them for all they do. The application will request an explanation as to why a candidate is worthy of the award. A list of factors to consider when submitting a nomination include the nominee’s history of accomplishments, level of determination, motivation, and interpersonal skills.

The information provided in the application will be used to make a fair and objective selection. Upon supervisor approval, the Employee Engagement Team reviews all nominations and votes each month.

Once a decision is made for April, the Employee of Distinction will be featured in The Dome.

Do you know that each semester, the Masterclass students take on a mission-driven organization as their client, and then use integrated marketing and communication skills to help the organization make a greater impact in our world?

And did you know that this semester, the students have taken on Future In Our Hands-USA (a Buffalo-based nonprofit) and they’re hosting the first-ever FUTURE MAKERS Fundraiser right here on campus to fund projects in Kenya and Zambia?

Now. you. know.  And you’re invited!
