On behalf of Danielle Ianni, Vice President for Enrollment Management, please welcome Marc Skurski to Canisius College in the role of Director of Undergraduate Admission. Mark began work on September 30.
Marc comes to the college from Fordham University in New York City where he was associate director of admissions and marketing since 2018. He has many years of experience in administration at New York University and has held various positions in the Academic Affairs and Admissions divisions focused on operations, student services and academic programming.
He has a bachelor of arts degree in History from the University of Pittsburgh and a master of science degree in advanced digital Aaplications from New York University. He is a member of the Enrollment Management Association, Executive MBA Council, National Association of Colleges & Employers, and the Association for Graduate Enrollment Management.
On behalf of Kevin Smith, assistant vice president and director for the Department of Student Records & Financial Services, please welcome James Ayers to Canisius College in the role of director of financial aid. James began work on September 29.
James comes to the College from Medaille University in Buffalo where he was the director of financial aid since 2016. He has many years of experience in financial aid services and assisting students and families in gaining access to high quality education in a collaborative environment. He has a bachelor of science Degree in business administration from the University at Buffalo and a masters of business administration degree from Medaille University.
