The Human Resources Department is pleased to announce that Tom Pilarz is the Canisius College Employee of Distinction for April 2018! Tom was nominated for the award three times by several of his coworkers.
At Canisius for 25 years, Tom currently works as the lead HVAC mechanic in the Facilities Management Department. Tom was selected for this award based on his dedication to the safety of faculty, staff and students; his careful attention to detail when maintaining and repairing complicated equipment; and his respect and care for his coworkers in the HVAC Department.
