The FacTS Center Welcomes Back Faculty!

The FacTS Center has a few important reminders for faculty:

Checkbox, our online survey tool, will no longer be available after September 30, 2015. Checkbox users need to export and archive their Checkbox data, including surveys and survey results, to another location by that time. When Checkbox goes away, this data will not be retrievable.

You can access Qualtrics by going to my.canisius.edu, where in “All Applications & Services,” Qualtrics has an icon. The Office of Learning & Innovation will run workshops during the fall to help users get up and running in Qualtrics. For links to text and video tutorials, and our workshop signup sheet, go to canisius.edu/surveys.

Please contact Mark Gallimore (x8353) with questions or further information regarding these survey tools.
