Faculty, staff and their family members are invited to join the office of campus ministry and the Buffalo Burrito Project on Tuesday, July 28.
Father Patrick Lynch, S.J., and Joshua Russell, PhD, animal behavior, conservation and ecology, work together preparing snacks during last month’s Burrito Project.
Burritos will be prepared in our kitchen, located in the Undercroft of Christ the King Chapel, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. From 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., the group will walk a four-mile route and serve about 80 burritos, snacks and cold drinks. A campus ministry van follows the team as we walk.
You may choose to help prepare the burritos, prepare and serve or just serve. Most people do both.
