Electronic Timesheets are Coming

In an effort to be more efficient and cost effective, Canisius will be eliminating paper timesheets for staff, administrators and students. Over the course of the next few months, the Payroll and Human Resources departments will implement web time-entry as part of Banner self-service.

Payroll and human resources staff will be working with a Banner consultant on the design and setup of the web time-entry module in Banner self-service. Throughout the month of July, payroll and human resources staff will continue training, configuring and testing this new process.

In August, control groups will be selected and used to test the process. Campus-wide training sessions will take place in September with a roll-out date scheduled for the beginning of October.
