Famed linguist and writer Noam Chomsky will speak at Canisius May 12 at 7 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center.  Chomsky is well known for his work in cultural discourse, political activism, and corporate-political relations through the media.

A limited number of tickets are available through www.wnypeace.org at a discounted rate of $5 for students and $20 for Canisius faculty and staff.  Payment is accepted via PayPal with a valid Canisius College email address.  Please note that the transaction receipt will act as a ticket for the event.  All of the proceeds from this ticket sale go to directly support programming of the Western New York Peace Center, Amnesty International and Peace and Justice at Canisius.

The event is sponsored by the Western New York Peace Center, and is co-sponsored by the Canisius College Chapter of Amnesty International, and the Peace and Justice Studies Program at Canisius College.
