Don’t miss the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra’s performance with music director JoAnn Falletta (pictured below) in the Montante Cultural Center on Wednesday, October 20 at 7:30 p.m.  This concert will feature a new work written by Canisius College composer-in-residence Persis Vehar to commemorate the inauguration of John J. Hurley as the 24th president of Canisius College.  Other pieces will feature the music of Beethoven, Dvorak and Vivaldi.

Seating is limited.  Tickets are $25 general admission and $10 students, and are available for purchase online at www.canisius.edu/artscanisius, in the Fine Arts office in LY406, or in the Student Center Lobby 1st floor today (October 5) from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. and in the Old Main Vestibule on Wednesday (October 6) from 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.
