ArtsCanisius presents the Harmonia Chamber Singers, directed by Robert Pacillo, tonight (October 29) at 7:30 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center. The program, entitled “Comedian Harmoniacs,” features the world premiere of Rob Deemer’s Sonnetryptich for chorus, and fun and clever compositions and arrangements of works by Hassler, Swingle, Whitacre, Arlen, Porter and Daley. This concert is free, with a $10 suggested donation to the ensemble.
The Harmonia Chamber Singers is one of Buffalo’s finest singing ensembles and is known for its eclectic mix of a cappella styles. Now in its fifth season, they plan to release their second CD in late Fall.

Faculty and staff who lose a smartphone that is connected to the Canisius Exchange environment – that is, the Email and calendaring environment for faculty and staff – should call the Help Desk and let us know. Those who use Canisius versions of ActiveSync or the Blackberry Enterprise Server can remotely have their data wiped from the phone to keep it safe.
