The Canisius College Women’s Business Center (WBC) will hold its bi-monthly Health and Wellness Roundtable tomorrow (May 20) from 8 – 10 a.m., in Demerly Hall at 2365 Main Street.  All are welcome to attend.

Dennis Koch, PhD, director of Health and Human Performance, has prepared a special health and wellness program together with graduate students Kristin Juengens, Arthur Sherry, John Tangeman, Jaclyn DiaPaul, Julianne Kropczynski, Shana Coffey and Kassi Lippke.

The group will facilitate discussion of the importance of managing your health.  Presentation topics include stress management, body composition/diet, exercise, and blood pressure and cholesterol.  You will not only understand these topics but also use goal setting and problem-solving techniques to achieve those goals.  There will also be an optional opportunity to get specific body measurements.

RSVP is not necessary but is appreciated to the WBC at Ext. 8280.
