The Canisius College Board of Regents will host its 53rd annual Scholarship Ball on Saturday, May 4 at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. Cocktails begin at 6:00 p.m.; dinner is at 8:00 p.m. The event is the principal fundraiser for the Canisius College Board of Regents Scholarship Fund, which provides financial support to students who might otherwise not be able to take advantage of a Canisius education.

This year’s Distinguished Citizen Award recipient is Hon. Anthony M. Masiello ’69, HON ’96, former mayor of Buffalo. Masiello is president of Masiello, Martucci, Calabrese and Associates, a public affairs lobbying firm in Buffalo.

Canisius College Board of Regents member Stephen M. Ulrich ’88 and his wife, Kellie M. Ulrich, are co-chairs of the 53rd annual Regents Ball, tickets for which are now on sale.

Entertainment will be provided by Party Squad. Proceeds will benefit the Canisius College Board of Regents Endowed Scholarship Fund. Semi-formal attire is requested. Valet parking will be available.
