Patricia Coward, PhD, will join the staff of the Andrew L. Bouwhuis Library as assessment coordinator effective May 31. Coward earned her PhD at Bowling Green State University. She came to Canisius in 2005 as the director of the Center for Teaching Excellence. In addition, Coward taught numerous courses, specializing in teaching first-year students. She will move from her current position of director of developmental writing to fill her current role in the library.
Coward brings extensive experience working with students and faculty, as well as expertise in the field of assessment to the position in the library. Please join me in welcoming Pat to this new position.
