U.S. Army Staff Sergeants Gamalier Arocho and Martin Guite presented a “Stop the Bleed Course” and additional First Aid techniques to students in KIN 170 Emergency Care. Students were instructed on wound management and closure techniques and applications of tourniquets. In addition, students learned about the healthcare profession opportunities in the U.S. Army.
