Faculty who received tenure, were promoted or received emeritus status were honored at a ceremony at the Andrew L. Bouwhuis, SJ, Library on Friday, October 20. Canisius President Steve K. Stoute delivered opening remarks and Vice President for Academic Affairs Sara Morris made closing remarks. A reception followed the ceremony.
Each faculty member was asked to select a book for the library collection and then to write a dedication about their choice. The honorees read their dedications during Friday’s ceremony. The books and dedications are currently on display on the main floor of the library.
