Students can submit applications for the 2021-22 Canisius Earning Excellence Program (CEEP) awards beginning Friday, February 12 through Monday, March 1.

The Canisius Earning Excellence Program (CEEP) facilitates student collaboration with faculty mentors or senior administrators through highly rewarding educational experiences. These intellectually demanding collaborations create exciting opportunities for applied learning and enhance faculty scholarship. Working closely with faculty on scholarly projects, students gain readiness for a professional career or advanced graduate study. A 3.3 or higher GPA is required for all applicants. Last year, funding for CEEP transitioned to a scholarship model due to the impact of Covid-19. This funding method will continue for 2021-22 projects. Students will receive stipend payments deposited into their accounts with student records at the end of the semester. This allows students to receive federal work-study (if eligible) in addition to their CEEP project.

More information and current online applications (opening on Friday, February 12) are available on the Academic Affairs page on the myCanisius portal. Students will also receive an email notification with details regarding the application process. Please note, current CEEP award recipients interested in continuing their project next year will need to fill out new applications for the 2021-22 award. Renewal is not automatic.
