Student-Athlete Travel Contracts

This is a reminder for all faculty with in-season student-athletes in classes this spring:  Traveling student-athletes will administer their travel contracts to faculty the first week of classes.  The front-page outlines the days and times of the students’ travel throughout the semester.  The student is instructed to clearly indicate which travel days impact which specific classes.  The second page includes instructions on how the faculty member and student can acknowledge, via the portal, that the conversation regarding the student-athlete’s travel took place.

Please click here to view the faculty acknowledgment instructions.
