Beginning in fall 2019, the Richard J. Wehle School of Business will offer a new master of science degree in finance.

The graduate program is an extension of the college’s popular undergraduate degree in finance, which is ranked No. 18 in the country by U.S. News & World Report, and will provide advanced knowledge to students in the areas of corporate finance, investment management, portfolio management, and financial institutions and markets.

The 30-credt hour program is distinguished by its offering of three specialized concentrations: investment research, risk management and data analytics.  According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, regional employment in these areas is expected to grow 11.5 percent through 2024.  In addition to the knowledge base, students will gain a strong foundation in ethics, standards of professional conduct, communication and team work.
