I am pleased to announce that Maggie Burkard has accepted the position of Enrollment Management and Institutional Research Manager, effective July 24, 2017. This position reports to Kathleen Davis and Lauren Young in the Departments of Enrollment Management and Institutional Research, respectively.
Maggie is responsible for assisting in budget management, program planning and development, as well as for interpreting, monitoring and analyzing information regarding the operating policies and procedures of the college.
Maggie graduated from Buffalo State College with a bachelor of science degree in business management and subsequently earned her MBA at Canisius. Prior to accepting this position, she served as the program coordinator for the Women’s Business Center, the executive associate and office manager in the Department of Admissions, and later, its enrollment management data and budget coordinator. Maggie brings experience and a proven track record of success to the enrollment management area, which will be invaluable in meeting the goals and objectives of both departments.
I am confident that Maggie will be an excellent match for this position, and that she will continue to be a strong asset to the Enrollment Management and Institutional Research departments. Maggie will be located in Lyons 121 and can be reached at Ext. 2500 or at burkardm@canisius.edu.
