Physics Professor H. David Sheets, PhD, will be a featured speaker at “The Science of Climate Change,” an environmental forum hosted by WGRZ-TV Channel 2 and its “2 the Outdoors” program.
The free event takes place at 7:30 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, August 2, at Tifft Nature Preserve, located at 1200 Fuhrmann Blvd.
The environmental forum will review the history of climate change research that’s been collected and what the implications are heading into the future.
In addition to Sheets, keynote speakers include Ryan McPherson from the University at Buffalo Department of Sustainability and Jack Kanack, a weather consultant for “The Doctor of Weather.”
