mail-room-picThe mail room will undergo with changes for summer 2016. The following will be in effect May 23 through August 19:

  • Mail delivery is suspended for departments located on the main campus.
  • Members of the campus community with an office located in Bagen Hall, Old Main, Churchill Tower, Horan O’Donnell, Winter Student Center, Frisch Hall, Palisano Pavilion, Bosch Hall, Dugan Hall, Science Hall, and Loyola Hall, must pick up in-bound mail at the mail room service window, located on the first floor of Science Hall.
  • Mail delivery is not affected for departments located in the Health Science Center, Koessler Athletic Center, Lyons Hall, Agassiz, and Demerly Hall.
  • Out-bound mail and inter-office envelops may be dropped off at the mail room service window or deposited in drop boxes located in Bagen Hall (near the print shop), Winter Student Center (near the bookstore) and Science Hall (near the mail room).
  • The mail room service window is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
